How a deal becomes binding, what we do when one goes wrong, and what we are not.

We are not a party to your deal

A partnership on weekdays is an agreement between a brand and a creator. We provide the place it is negotiated, recorded and delivered, and we adjudicate disputes about it. We are not the client, not the contractor, and not a guarantor of either side's performance.

Accounts are checked first

Creators sign up with their X account; brands sign up with an email address and tell us about their company. Our team checks every creator and every brand before it can make an offer, apply to a campaign or send a message, and accepts a brand before its workspace is created; a teammate joins a workspace by its invitation. Until then you can sign in and look around, and nothing more.

When terms become binding

Either side may counter as many times as they like. Nothing binds until one side accepts a specific version, at which point that exact version becomes the agreement. It cannot be edited afterwards by either party or by us. If you want different terms after acceptance, that is a new offer.

Payment

Payment currently happens directly between brand and creator; weekdays records the amount, the date and the reference. Recording a payment is a commercial statement by the brand, and a creator who disagrees can raise a dispute. We do not hold funds, and recording a payment here is not proof that money moved.

Keeping deals on the platform

Messages and other text the other side reads are checked as they are written: an email address, a link to chat elsewhere or a messaging handle stops the message, and a phone number is removed before it is delivered. Arranging a deal off-platform after meeting here removes it from the dispute process, the delivery record and the performance history, which is to say: from every protection this product offers. Repeatedly attempting it may end your access.

Disputes

Either party may raise a dispute on an active deal. The deal freezes while it is open. Support reviews the accepted terms, the submitted posts, the delivery record and the captured performance data, then decides. That decision is final within the platform. It does not prevent either side pursuing the matter elsewhere.

Misrepresenting performance

Purchased engagement, undisclosed paid amplification, and deleting a post after it has been paid for are grounds for reversing a deal and removing an account. Performance data is read from X by the platform rather than reported by the creator, and anomalies are visible in it.

Impersonation

Registering a workspace or handle that imitates another company or person is not permitted, including through lookalike characters and near-identical spellings.

A first version. These terms will be updated before weekdays processes payments. Any change is announced on this page, with the date it was made.
